What you will do

• Prepare and analyze supply chain data to help the company reach cost targets.
• Manage the purchasing process, ensuring accurate quantities and timely delivery of materials.
• Proactively monitor shortages and coordinate replacements with vendors and internal teams.
• Track daily receiving reports and take immediate corrective actions.
• Update Purchase Orders based on confirmations received from vendors.
• Support the distribution model by updating and sending Sales Orders.

Requirements

• Must be based in Argentina or Peru.
• Strong inventory management skills with high attention to detail and aptitude for numbers.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
• English proficiency required as the company headquarters is located in the US.
• Ability to use generative AI tools to increase output quality and speed.
