What you will do

• Manage product sample inventory, including check-in and check-out processes.
• Conduct visual inspections and packaging forensic analysis.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate chain of custody.
• Partner with internal teams to manage laboratory workflows.
• Provide timely status updates on sample processing and inspection results.

Requirements

• Must be based in or near Central New Jersey.
• Experience with lab inspections and basic laboratory procedures.
• Knowledge of sample/inventory management and non-chemical packaging inspection.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to process adherence.
• Basic data analysis and reporting capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience in a dedicated quality inspection role.
• Ability to create technical reports and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
