What you will do

• Design, build, and operate Kubernetes-native applications and services for large-scale AI infrastructure.
• Develop operators, controllers, and APIs to automate the deployment and scaling of complex workloads.
• Define workload patterns for inference, training, CI/CD, and internal development workflows.
• Enhance the reliability, observability, and operational maturity of Kubernetes-based applications.
• Collaborate with SRE, infrastructure, and engineering teams to support internal and customer-facing environments.

Requirements

• Deep experience designing and running production workloads on Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of K8s-native application design, orchestration, and production debugging.
• Proficiency in building platform services and automation using Go or Python.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology (EAR compliance).
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment across multiple engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, ML, HPC, training, or inference workloads.
