What you will do
- Drive net revenue through proactive sales tactics and relationship management with VIP customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with premier players to build long-term loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver a signature VIP experience.
- Analyze data to identify trends and maximize player performance.
- Manage the escalation process to provide timely resolutions for VIP customers.
- Ensure compliance with VIP policies and responsible gaming guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5 years of experience in Gaming, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing.
- Proven success in identifying and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Ability to increase revenues and control expenses.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.
- Must be based in Canada.
