Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and hire staff across residences 👩🍳🌳
- Ensure properties are always presentation-ready 🛠️
- Oversee budgets and optimize costs 💰
- Collaborate with the family office for seamless service 🤝
Requirements:
- Proven experience in estate management 🏆
- Strong people management and hiring skills 👥
- Fluent in English & French; Russian is a bonus 🇬🇧🇫🇷
- CH or EU citizenship required 🛂
