TL;DR

Sr. Manager, Integration Architecture (M&A): Defining and governing integration architecture for M&A transactions with an accent on target architecture alignment and standardized integration patterns. Focus on driving Day 1 readiness, technical due diligence, and scalable technology environments to support long-term value realization.

What you will do

  • Serve as the technical authority for IT integration architecture across M&A transactions.
  • Define integration patterns and architecture principles to ensure repeatable and consistent deal execution.
  • Evaluate target company technology environments to determine alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Define minimum viable integration architecture required for Day 1 business continuity and stabilization.
  • Establish technical guardrails to ensure alignment with cybersecurity, compliance, and data governance.
  • Conduct technical due diligence to identify risks, complexity drivers, and architecture-related costs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in solutions architecture, enterprise architecture, or technology integration roles.
  • Proven experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or complex enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of identity, infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, and data architecture.
  • Ability to evaluate technical environments and translate findings into structured architectural approaches.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required; sponsorship will not be provided.
  • Experience operating in global, matrixed environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience within an Integration Management Office (IMO) or corporate M&A function.
  • Background in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
  • Experience supporting complex carve-outs or multi-entity integrations.
  • Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments, identity federation, and enterprise integration platforms.
