What you will do
- Manage Zendesk ticket queues, delivering a 24-hour response time and 1–2 business day resolution rate.
- Troubleshoot and replicate complex UI bugs and data discrepancies, escalating findings to Engineering via JIRA.
- Utilize MySQL databases to perform backend data verification and isolate root causes of reported issues.
- Provision APIs, manage Devsite access, and handle technical account lifecycle operations across core platforms.
- Lead incident communications by drafting high-visibility Statuspage posts and in-dashboard notifications.
- Partner with Solutions, Content Ops, and Engineering teams to advocate for customers and streamline workflows.
Requirements
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship available).
- Practical experience or education in coding/scripting, specifically SQL and Python.
- Direct experience using Zendesk, JIRA, Salesforce, and Confluence.
- Experience verifying data delivery, analyzing API usage, or creating digital tracking pixels.
- Exceptional professional written communication skills to translate technical concepts into customer-friendly explanations.
