TL;DR

Support Analyst (Integrations & Analytics): Providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for a global restaurant operations platform with an accent on data analysis and system integrations. Focus on resolving complex data discrepancies, collaborating with engineering teams, and optimizing the customer experience for major hospitality brands.

Location: Watford, UK. Must have the legal right to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship provided. Hybrid model: expectation of being in-office at least three days per month.

What you will do

  • Solve technical problems for customers within the hirify.global platform.
  • Troubleshoot support tickets using internal tools and analyze data discrepancies between multiple tools.
  • Collaborate with a global team to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
  • Support Sales and Success teams with technical account management.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to help product and engineering teams understand user needs.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of remote application support experience.
  • 2-4 years of customer-facing experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Proficiency in SQL with the ability to write and execute multi-table queries.
  • Prior experience with POS systems such as Toast, Aloha, Brink, or Simphony.
  • Legal right to work in the UK is mandatory.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Jira, Zendesk, and the Snowflake cloud-based data platform.
  • Knowledge of CIS systems like Netsuite, Workday, or Quickbooks.
  • Conceptual understanding of APIs and their role in connecting software applications.
  • Ability to troubleshoot networking and communication protocols.
  • Experience supporting restaurant, convenience store, or grocery industry verticals.
