What you will do

• Produce high-volume AI-generated short-form video, image, and audio content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and X.
• Build and maintain consistent visual identities and characters across hundreds of generations.
• Own end-to-end production, including ideation, prompting, generation, light editing, and publishing.
• Manage and grow social accounts, handling posting cadence and community engagement.
• Iterate content quickly based on performance data and track emerging AI trends.
• Collaborate with the internal growth team on narrative angles and distribution strategies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong portfolio of personally created AI content.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, Higgsfield, or Kling.
• Ability to maintain character and visual consistency across multi-shot AI content.
• Strong instincts for pacing, hooks, and internet-native storytelling formats.
• Experience managing social accounts with a clear understanding of growth metrics.

Nice to have

• Background in performance marketing, growth, or paid social.
• Experience with longform-to-shortform content pipelines.
• Familiarity with platform-specific algorithm dynamics and trending audio.
• Comfort with AI agent tools like Claude or ChatGPT for scaling throughput.
