What you will do

• Define and evolve engagement models for AI-native test automation initiatives.
• Own and evolve a scalable Playwright and TypeScript automation framework.
• Review and validate AI-generated code, architecture decisions, and testing artifacts.
• Advise senior stakeholders on quality strategy, SDLC improvements, and AI adoption.
• Establish principles and guardrails for effective AI usage in test automation.
• Optimize token usage and cost efficiency while maintaining high delivery quality.

Requirements

• Must be based in Albania, Poland, Romania, or Ukraine
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript test automation architecture.
• Proven experience building and evolving automation frameworks from scratch.
• Experience working with AI coding agents such as Cursor or Claude Code.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English: Upper-Intermediate level required

• Experience building AI-native QA or engineering workflows.
• Knowledge of token optimization and AI operational economics.
• Experience leading or scaling QA/automation practices.
• Background in consulting or multi-client delivery environments.
