What you will do

• Design and build solutions to address scalability, performance, and usability challenges for Atlas Live Migration.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to develop user-centric features.
• Solve difficult technical problems within a large-scale distributed environment.
• Own the planning and delivery of major features from ideation through implementation.
• Mentor team members and contribute to their professional growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, primarily focused on backend systems.
• Proficiency in writing large-scale distributed systems in compiled languages such as Java, C#, or Go.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Comfortability working across the modern web stack, including React and TypeScript.
• Must be based in Ireland.
