What you will do

• Prepare and issue RFQ technical specification documents for plant equipment.
• Lead technical negotiations and follow-up meetings with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Conduct supplier technical expediting in collaboration with Procurement and Quality Engineers.
• Ensure engineering activities are completed on time and with high quality.
• Support the updating of document templates alongside product owners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer in EPC projects for industrial plants.
• Proven expertise in rotating equipment, specifically fans and blowers.
• Ability to develop guidelines and standards for defined areas of knowledge.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Capability to work in distributed teams with strong time-management skills.
