Location: Must be living in Almaty, Kazakhstan

What you will do

  • Act as a strategic partner for local and regional clients to drive platform adoption.
  • Manage the transition, training, and onboarding of new customers to the One Platform (Discover).
  • Analyze POS-related data to develop fact-based answers to complex business questions.
  • Deliver high-level presentations and actionable recommendations to demonstrate clear ROI.
  • Collaborate with account management to identify and qualify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Coordinate internal client services and ensure the quality of deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Math, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 0-2 years of experience in Marketing, Sales (Consumer Electronics), or Category Management (Retail).
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Must be based in Almaty.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
