Technical Project Manager (Automotive): Planning and executing large-scale R&D projects for LiDAR and perception solutions with an accent on synchronization of multiple engineering teams and FW release management. What you will do
- Lead planning and execution of large-scale R&D projects across electronics, software, and optics.
- Coordinate and synchronize more than ten engineering teams to optimize organizational synergy.
- Manage full project lifecycles for release firmware versions, validation, and testing.
- Develop and lead project plans, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
- Act as the primary customer interface throughout all development stages.
- Monitor project progress and provide reports to internal and customer management teams.
Requirements
- BSc in Engineering or Computer Science.
- At least 5 years of Project Management experience in complex technological environments.
- At least 2 years of Customer-facing experience on a product or technology base.
- Experience in the Automotive industry (advantage).
- Direct multi-discipline product development experience (advantage).
- Experience with hardware-based products or regulated markets (advantage).
