What you will do

• Lead the Product Operations engineering team and resolve the most complex DevOps tasks.
• Design, implement, and scale cloud infrastructure with a strong focus on Kubernetes-based environments.
• Audit existing service-management processes and develop comprehensive plans for their improvement.
• Establish and track key operational performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve system reliability.
• Drive CI/CD automation and enforce best practices for infrastructure as code and observability.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party providers to ensure high availability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps or SRE engineer, with 1+ years in a leadership/management role.
• Strong expertise in Linux, Docker, AWS, and orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Nomad.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and configuration management (Ansible, Puppet).
• Experience with monitoring systems (Grafana, Prometheus, Nagios/Sensu) and logging (Elastic Stack, Loki).
• Fluent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Must be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting microservices architecture, including Akka cluster management.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Couchbase) and NGINX server management.
• Programming skills in Python or Bash.
• Experience working within a global, multilingual organization.
