What you will do

• Own and execute the risk-based IT audit plan, including both SOX and non-SOX audits.
• Lead end-to-end audits for AWS cloud environments, information security, infrastructure operations, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage the SOX ITGC and ITAC program, conducting design and operating effectiveness testing.
• Utilize advanced data and AI-enabled tools for automated sampling, testing, and continuous monitoring of business processes.
• Prepare audit reports and presentations for senior management and the Audit Committee.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing IT audit team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT audit, technology risk, or consulting, preferably within financial services or fintech.
• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on knowledge of AWS architecture and security governance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT).
• Proven experience with SOX for IT, including scoping and deficiency evaluation.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools for performing data-driven tests on large data sets.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with SAP (specifically FI/CO modules) and related ITGC/ITAC assessments.
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, or CRISC.
• Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
