What you will do

• Perform testing activities for web, mobile, and CRM systems in a Kanban-based support environment.
• Validate fixes, handle incoming issues, and ensure the quality of ongoing releases.
• Design, execute, and maintain test cases and related quality assurance documentation.
• Analyze requirements and production issues to ensure proper test coverage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous delivery.
• Contribute to QA process improvements and implement industry best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the QA field.
• Strong understanding of testing methods, levels, types, and metrics.
• Hands-on experience with API, Web, and Mobile services testing.
• Experience with test automation tools, CI/CD, version control, and build tools.
• Proven experience working with business applications, specifically CRM systems.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.
• Location: Must be based in Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, or Ternopil.
