What you will do

• Architect and implement UI/API test automation frameworks and infrastructure from scratch.
• Develop and maintain Test Automation Strategies and integrate automated scripts into CI/CD processes.
• Establish QA processes, coding standards, and quality metrics to measure product effectiveness and efficiency.
• Manage, mentor, and grade AQA team members, including participation in hiring and onboarding.
• Drive the roll-out of GenAI-powered testing tools and RAG pipelines to optimize QA workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to embed continuous testing into the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in Automation QA for Web and Backend API testing.
• 2+ years of experience leading and managing testing teams across an account.
• Coding proficiency in Java with a deep understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Strong experience with Selenium, REST, gRPC, SOAP, and API frameworks (e.g., Rest Assured).
• Expertise in CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, TeamCity) and cloud services (AWS).
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
• Location: Based in Ukraine.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kotlin.
• Knowledge of message brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, or SNS.
• Experience working with databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Skills in virtualization environment management and development of mock/stub services.
