What you will do

• Develop and optimize layout concepts for new and retrofit plant projects.
• Prepare and check technical plans including load tables, ducting, piping, and component drawings.
• Integrate design inputs from internal teams and external suppliers.
• Coordinate layout data exchange across project teams and engineering vendors.
• Conduct maintainability, accessibility, and constructability studies for assigned project areas.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in plant or layout design for power, oil & gas, or industrial facilities.
• Proficiency in Aveva E3D (PDMS) and Navisworks.
• Expertise in structural and mechanical design, piping routing, and equipment arrangement.
• Fluent in English and Italian (German or French is a plus).
• Strong focus on technical risk assessment and solution development.
