What you will do

  • Build and maintain the React component library and token architecture.
  • Translate Figma designs into fast, reusable, and accessible components.
  • Integrate design and code using Code Connect, Dev Mode, MCP servers, and variables.
  • Implement automation and tooling to reduce drift between Figma and production.
  • Standardize interaction patterns and UI architecture across the product.
  • Remove bottlenecks in design-to-code workflows to accelerate delivery.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling.
  • Deep knowledge of design systems, tokens, and component architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Figma's developer surface, including Code Connect, Dev Mode, and REST API.
  • Sharp eye for detail and design precision.
  • Ability to build simplified, scalable code that accelerates the work of others.
