Learning Design Intern

TL;DR

Learning Design Intern (Education/L&D): Creating impactful learning experiences and digital content for an international hospitality community with an accent on e-learning design, onboarding journeys, and creative storytelling. Focus on developing engaging training materials, collaborating with product owners on LMS content, and supporting the TSH Academy team in Amsterdam.

Location: Must be based in Amsterdam or able to commute to the office 2-3 times per week

What you will do

• Design and develop learning content for digital platforms, videos, and print tools
• Support the launch of new in-person and digital onboarding and training programs
• Write engaging copy for training materials, decks, and workshops
• Collaborate with product owners to craft digital learning experiences in the LMS
• Provide design support for e-learnings and internal learning campaigns
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage practical tasks like user management and reporting

Requirements

• Currently enrolled at an EU university or school for the entire duration of the internship
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work from the Amsterdam office 2-3 times per week
• Passion for learning, design, and storytelling
• Proactive and organized mindset
• Interest in Psychology, Human-Centered Design, Communications, or Education

Nice to have

• Experience with Canva, Articulate, or Photoshop
