What you will do

• Develop and maintain Python-based services for marketing data integration and source extraction.
• Design and manage data orchestration processes using Airflow.
• Refine and support reporting dashboards in SSRS and Superset.
• Maintain SQL DWH components and optimize stored procedures.
• Lead the migration of marketing data pipelines from MS SQL to Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to the data engineering team.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing a small engineering team.
• Strong proficiency in SQL including window functions, subqueries, and complex joins.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience with Python.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with MSSQL, SSRS, and BI solutions like Superset.
• Solid understanding of Airflow and data pipeline orchestration.

Nice to have

• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools like Cursor, Copilot, or Claude in engineering workflows.
