What you will do

• Identify new business opportunities and evaluate their viability.
• Promote hirify.global's services and build mutually beneficial business relationships.
• Develop new business opportunities using leads, networking, research, and cold calling.
• Meet sales targets and monitor monthly sales performance.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and the Recruitment Manager to allocate resources effectively.
• Manage tender responses and submissions with other Departmental Managers.

Requirements

• Energy or STEM industry experience.
• Advanced presentation and reporting skills.
• Experience working within recruitment.
• Knowledge of international business.
• Ability to negotiate and build customer relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new and existing business.
