What you will do

• Manage remote delivery resources, including task allocation and workload distribution.
• Lead the resolution of service delivery escalations and ensure superb customer experience.
• Mentor and coach team members, supporting their onboarding and professional development.
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives and manage team feedback loops.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure delivery meets scope, timeframe, budget, and quality standards.
• Support hiring and retention efforts to align with evolving business needs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in the services industry, including hands-on delivery.
• Deep domain expertise in Microsoft 365 with relevant industry certifications.
• Fluent professional proficiency in both Czech and English (written and verbal).
• Proven track record of leading small delivery teams and managing stakeholders in complex environments.
• Experience with project management of technical solutions implementation and maintenance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant technical field.
