Material Planner (Electrification)

Location: Onsite in La Louvière / Houdeng-Goegnies, Belgium

What you will do

• Plan and order materials from hirify.global manufacturing facilities and third-party suppliers to meet customer demand, service-level targets, and stock profiles.
• Define and maintain inventory parameters and PFEP master data for accurate system setup and replenishment.
• Plan and organize product transformations in the distribution centre, including repackaging, relabeling, and kitting.
• Monitor service-level and inventory KPIs, analyze deviations, and drive corrective actions with Customer Service, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Sales.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in material planning or supply chain roles.
• Strong experience with material planning, inventory management, and MRP processes in an international supply chain or distribution environment.
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to analyze large data sets.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, BPCS, or ERP LX, including master data and inventory parameters.
• Fluency in French and English is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Economics, Mathematics, Science, or a related field; strong organization, attention to detail, independence, and a continuous improvement mindset.
