What you will do

• Manage multi-threaded relationships with partners from go-live to ensure operational success and user adoption.
• Align cross-functional teams to establish best practices, product roadmap initiatives, and end-user outreach strategies.
• Define and monitor key business metrics, providing actionable recommendations through regular business reviews.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to ensure strategic alignment.
• Act as the primary point of escalation for partner issues, driving swift and effective resolutions.
• Collaborate with partners to refine strategic roadmaps and establish measurable milestones.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in client-facing roles within SaaS or fintech organizations.
• Native or C2 level proficiency in both German and English.
• Expertise in leading projects, facilitating training workshops, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and solve complex business problems creatively.
