What you will do

  • Set the direction for the global Business Operations Excellence agenda, focusing on S&OP/IBP, portfolio & product data governance, and OTIF.
  • Establish a robust operating cadence by clarifying ownership, data standards, decision rights, and escalation paths.
  • Lead the end-to-end S&OP/IBP transformation, embedding best practices and driving maturity improvements across regions.
  • Drive portfolio segmentation and complexity reduction to improve service, cost, and working capital.
  • Improve OTIF performance by analyzing and addressing root causes and performance drivers.
  • Lead and develop a high-impact team of 6–8 members while influencing senior stakeholders in a global matrix.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience driving global operations or supply chain performance.
  • Proven track record in S&OP/IBP and Operational Excellence roles.
  • Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business (Master’s preferred).
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong plus.
  • Must be based in Mexico City to support the hybrid working model.
  • Availability for approximately 30% international travel.
