What you will do

• Collaborate with Planning Heads, Production Directors, and Project Teams to manage capacity needs.
• Track data accuracy and issue high-level and detailed weekly planning status reports.
• Coordinate resource allocation and foster collaboration across various studios.
• Analyze operational results and recommend performance improvements to planning leads.
• Monitor monthly KPI progress and escalate risks or problems that might impact targets.
• Collaborate with PMO and ERP teams on troubleshooting and system improvements.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written English skills (required).
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Proven experience as a production planner or project coordinator.
• Strong data analysis and presentation skills.
• Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Xi'an, China.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience with ERP systems.
