What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents tailored for operational workflows.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems such as ERP, HRIS, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Salesforce via APIs or DB connections.
• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), context injection, and prompt-chaining for knowledge-aware automation.
• Build and maintain the infrastructure for AI development, training, and model monitoring (MLOps).
• Architect data ingestion, cleaning, and preprocessing pipelines to ensure high-quality data streams.
• Collaborate with development teams on the deployment of AI solutions into production environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in data engineering, machine learning, or automation.
• Strong proficiency in SQL; working knowledge of Java or JavaScript is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with major frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms, specifically AWS SageMaker.
• Experience working with structured (ERP) and semi-structured data (documents, logs).

• Deep understanding of RAG pipelines, prompt-engineering, and LLM integration.
