What you will do

• Lead the strategic communications function to strengthen NCP brand recognition and communicate program priorities.
• Oversee content development, copywriting, and video production across social media, web, and other channels.
• Manage the Alumni team and co-design alumni strategies in collaboration with DFAT.
• Plan and deliver high-quality events and drive initiatives such as Alumni Representatives and Network Leads.
• Collaborate as a member of the Senior Leadership Team to ensure adaptive delivery and risk management.
• Conduct continuous reviews of outreach functions to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in communications, public relations, or equivalent professional experience.
• Substantial leadership experience in communications, public diplomacy, or stakeholder engagement.
• Proven track record of executing successful communication campaigns across diverse channels.
• Strong leadership capability, including team management and performance monitoring.
• Ability to work effectively with senior government clients and adapt writing styles for various audiences.
• Resident with authority to live and work in Australia
