What you will do

• Own the full overdue customer lifecycle, designing recovery journeys across multiple digital channels and delinquency stages.
• Develop messaging strategies and customer communication frameworks focused on empathy and trust.
• Create behavioral incentives and predictive segmentation strategies to increase repayment rates without coercion.
• Implement AI-powered workflows and automation systems to scale recovery operations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data Modeling, Engineering, Risk, and Brand teams.
• Build and lead a team of analytical builders to evolve the company's recovery capabilities.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in collections, recovery, or delinquency management within lending or fintech.
• Strong understanding of recovery economics, operational strategy, and treatment flows.
• Familiarity with predictive modeling, risk signals, and behavioral analytics.
• Experience working with digital channels including WhatsApp, SMS, push notifications, and email.
• Must be based in Mexico.
