Salary: $107,600 - $156,700

What you will do

• Serve as the Business Owner and Functional Lead for the Tool Management and Control System (TMaCS).
• Translate operational needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria using Azure DevOps.
• Lead global User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and govern user access and authorization.
• Support the global migration from Microsoft Dynamics AX to Dynamics 365 (D365) Cloud.
• Conduct global business process reviews and provide technical guidance on system behavior and data structures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Information Systems, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and/or Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations preferred).
• Project or program management experience and knowledge of enterprise IT processes.
• Database experience (ODBC) and proficiency with Microsoft Access, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership abilities.
• Must not require immigration sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Deep functional understanding of D365 configuration patterns and extensibility concepts.
• Experience in Manufacturing Engineering (stamping engineering or body shop).
• Familiarity with Teamcenter and/or Momentum reporting tools.
• Ability to trace end-to-end code flow and evaluate customizations at a granular level.
