What you will do

• Manage Windows & Linux OS, including users, permissions, network policies, and storage.
• Install, support, and maintain servers, computer systems, wireless, and local area networks.
• Configure hardware, software equipment, and mobile devices.
• Resolve and document customer queries and tickets, escalating complex issues to senior staff.
• Automate environment maintenance using PowerShell and Python scripts.
• Monitor hardware/software inventory and test internal system improvements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in IT departments.
• Experience with logging tools and ticketing management systems.
• Knowledge of LAN, wireless networks, network electronics, and IT security.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems.
• English: Medium-High level required
• Location: Must be based in Madrid, Spain

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Office365, Adobe, and Autodesk products.
