What you will do

• Drive rendering feature development from design through implementation and optimization.
• Optimize solutions on PS5, XBSX, and PC to ensure peak CPU, GPU, and memory performance.
• Collaborate with game teams to align engine capabilities with their technical needs and limitations.
• Stay current with the latest hardware and domain advancements in real-time rendering.
• Enhance artist workflows to increase the quality and efficiency of content creation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional programming experience in real-time rendering with strong C++ knowledge.
• Experience shipping AAA titles on current-generation consoles (PS5, XBSX) and PC.
• Significant experience with low-level graphics APIs such as DX12, Vulkan, or Metal.
• Proficiency in shader programming (HLSL/GLSL).
• Deep understanding of modern CPU/GPU hardware architectures, memory management, and multi-threading.
• Experience using graphics debugging tools like Pix, Renderdoc, or Razor.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ray tracing and PBR/rendering pipelines.
• Knowledge of scalability and performance across multiple platforms.
• Experience building engine-level systems and tools.
