What you will do

• Manage and execute website update requests via monday.com, ensuring all requirements are met.
• Implement content updates, promotions, and landing pages across WordPress, Shopify, and Squarespace.
• Perform detailed QA checks to ensure accuracy, functionality, and responsiveness across devices.
• Optimize websites for desktop, tablet, and mobile performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Account Management and Onboarding to maintain brand standards.
• Identify and implement workflow improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in website support, web design, or front-end development.
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Squarespace.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality assurance mindset.
• Experience with project management tools, preferably monday.com.
• English proficiency required for clear communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Understanding of SEO principles and website performance best practices.
