What you will do
- Manage and execute website update requests via monday.com, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Implement content updates, promotions, and landing pages across WordPress, Shopify, and Squarespace.
- Perform detailed QA checks to ensure accuracy, functionality, and responsiveness across devices.
- Optimize websites for desktop, tablet, and mobile performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Account Management and Onboarding to maintain brand standards.
- Identify and implement workflow improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in website support, web design, or front-end development.
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Squarespace.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail and a quality assurance mindset.
- Experience with project management tools, preferably monday.com.
- English proficiency required for clear communication.
Nice to have
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Understanding of SEO principles and website performance best practices.
