What you will do

• Build and lead a high-caliber engineering team delivering on-chain programs and backend services.
• Architect and ship smart contracts across EVM and non-EVM chains including Solana.
• Mentor engineers and set the technical direction for the issuance stack.
• Drive code and design reviews to maintain a high quality bar.
• Prepare codebases for third-party audits using comprehensive testing and AI-assisted review.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience in DeFi and backend systems.
• 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
• Proven history of deploying and maintaining complex, high-precision on-chain systems.
• Production experience writing backend systems in Rust.
• Solid Solidity and EVM development experience, plus familiarity with Solana SPL Token programs.
• Experience with cross-chain messaging and bridging protocols like Wormhole, LayerZero, or CCIP.

Nice to have

• Experience at a high-growth digital assets company or DeFi protocol.
• Expertise in security tooling and audit workflows for EVM and non-EVM chains.
• Fluency in modern AI tooling for development.
