What you will do
- Lead the architectural transition and migration from on-premises infrastructure to AWS.
- Design, build, and maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible.
- Manage networking components, firewalls, and platform security using Vault and TLS certificates.
- Act as a technical lead by owning epics, driving architecture decisions, and mentoring peers.
- Participate in on-call rotations and lead production incident resolution and post-mortems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering.
- Demonstrated experience at a Staff or Senior+ level, owning end-to-end projects.
- Experience operating hybrid on-prem/cloud environments during cloud migrations.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and technical documentation.
- Must be based in Rennes, France.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Proxmox or similar open-source hypervisors.
- Experience with security tooling such as WAF or IDS/IPS.
- Background in fast-moving SaaS or product-led engineering organizations.
- Experience with AI-assisted development workflows.
