What you will do

• Handle supplier invoices in accordance with established company processes.
• Prepare weekly supplier payments and ensure timely processing.
• Maintain compliance with business and tax requirements for all transactions.
• Resolve discrepancies in vendor invoices and manage communication with stakeholders.
• Support team members and business units with daily accounting tasks.
• Attend team meetings and activities at the Tallinn office as required.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in accounting.
• Very good spoken and written English proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of accounting processes and financial regulations.
• Experience or willingness to work with SAP and other ERP systems.
• Detail-oriented and accurate working style with a focus on deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively in an international team environment.

• Formal education in finance or accounting.
