FP&A Manager (iGaming)

What you will do

• Lead FP&A activities for the B2C business, ensuring accurate forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Manage monthly and quarterly planning cycles for revenue, cost of sales, OPEX, and CAPEX.
• Deliver management reporting including P&L analysis and variance explanations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Europe, the US, and Japan to analyze market trends and business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain financial models for scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Improve reporting quality and automation in partnership with Accounting and Finance teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis within an international environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Must be based in the EU and eligible to work in Estonia.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI tools, ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365), or SQL.
• Background in iGaming, tech, or fast-growing digital businesses.
