What you will do
- Lead FP&A activities for the B2C business, ensuring accurate forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Manage monthly and quarterly planning cycles for revenue, cost of sales, OPEX, and CAPEX.
- Deliver management reporting including P&L analysis and variance explanations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Europe, the US, and Japan to analyze market trends and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain financial models for scenario and sensitivity analysis.
- Improve reporting quality and automation in partnership with Accounting and Finance teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis within an international environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Must be based in the EU and eligible to work in Estonia.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
Nice to have
- Experience with BI tools, ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365), or SQL.
- Background in iGaming, tech, or fast-growing digital businesses.
