TL;DR

FP&A Manager (iGaming): Owning financial planning and performance management for the B2C business with an accent on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial modeling. Focus on turning complex operational data into actionable insights and leading the FP&A team to support commercial growth across international markets.

Location: Hybrid in Tallinn, Estonia. Open to candidates based in the EU and eligible to work in Estonia.

What you will do

  • Lead and develop the B2C FP&A function, managing team priorities and delivery.
  • Own the end-to-end financial planning cycle, including annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting for revenue, OPEX, and CAPEX.
  • Manage month-end close activities and deliver monthly management reporting with P&L analysis and variance explanations.
  • Develop complex financial models for scenario analysis, sensitivity modelling, and commercial decision-making.
  • Partner with Operations, Marketing, and Business Development to drive growth and understand performance drivers.
  • Create actionable insights using Tableau and presentations for senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Data Analytics.
  • 6+ years of experience in FP&A within an international environment.
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with complex financial modeling.
  • English: C1+ (excellent communication and presentation skills).
  • Must be based in the EU and eligible to work in Estonia.

Nice to have

  • Experience in iGaming, tech, or fast-paced digital businesses.
  • Proficiency with BI tools, ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365), or SQL.
