What you will do

• Monitor and tune the economic of resources and currencies using data analysis and simulations.
• Define resource management guidelines (inbound and outbound) to control and optimize economy inflation.
• Design user paths and features from an economic standpoint.
• Plan and analyze complex A/B tests to optimize new and existing features.
• Participate in the thinking and decision-making process for the company roadmap.

Requirements

• B.A. / B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or an equivalent background.
• Proven experience in a Game Economy, Product, or Monetization Analysis role within the gaming industry (Must).
• Strong analytical thinking and business acumen.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SQL.
• Familiarity with Python or R.
• Experience utilizing AI tools and LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to streamline data analysis and research.
