What you will do

• Build, launch, and optimize full-funnel Meta Ads campaigns across multiple EU markets.
• Collaborate with creative teams and creators to produce high-converting, social-native content.
• Design and execute a rigorous creative and incrementality testing framework for hooks, audiences, and bidding strategies.
• Manage channel health, including tracking, data hygiene, and account operations.
• Take full accountability for KPIs and proactively reallocate budget to drive growth and reduce inefficiency.

Requirements

• Proven track record of profitably scaling Meta Ads budgets.
• Deep understanding of creative-led performance and the ability to let data drive optimization.
• Technical literacy in attribution challenges, incrementality testing, and LTV modelling.
• Analytical mindset for building structured testing plans and identifying root causes.
• English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher required.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-volume e-commerce.
• Familiarity with incrementality testing frameworks (Geo-testing, conversion lifts).
• Experience working across multiple EU markets.
• Proficiency in Russian or Ukrainian.
