Implementation Engineer (Fintech)

TL;DR

Implementation Engineer (Python/Fintech): Implementing and deploying proprietary financial products within AWS-hosted and customer environments with an accent on custom ETL development and data pipeline stability. What you will do

• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and address technical implementation challenges.
• Design and build custom ETL processes for Trade Surveillance and Transaction Cost Analysis.
• Adapt core products through tailored code to meet specific client needs.
• Maintain and troubleshoot data pipelines, collaborating with product development to resolve issues.
• Analyze complex financial and trading data sets to identify optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of practical experience with Python.
• Experience with complex system implementation and integration projects.
• Background in Capital Markets (transaction feed handlers, market data) or Data Engineering.
• Proficiency in Linux, log analysis (Grafana, Sentry), and Kubernetes troubleshooting.
• Fluency in English for communicating technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Yerevan, Armenia.

Nice to have

• Experience with Pandas for data analysis.
• Knowledge of GitLab CI/CD.
• Experience with Apache Airflow.
