What you will do

• Establish and implement erection plans ensuring HSE, quality, time, and cost compliance.
• Plan and coordinate resources and manage third-party personnel contracts.
• Supervise construction sites and support site teams to achieve work package objectives.
• Develop erection concepts and procure installation packages and tools in cooperation with the Site Manager.
• Report to the Project Director, identifying risks and taking proactive actions in line with HSE requirements.

Requirements

• Technical University Degree.
• Over 8 years of experience in plant erection and site management for large industrial projects.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and conduct technical negotiations with subcontractors.
• Knowledge of MS Office and Resource Planning Systems (SAP and PIRS).
• Valid SCC and IOSH certifications or other recognized European Site and Safety Training.
• English proficiency (Excellent); Slovak (for Košice Project) or Hungarian (for Budapest Project).
