What you will do

• Build AI-driven gameplay analytics and AI-native data workflows across core game systems.
• Process large-scale gameplay and player behavior datasets using modern AI tools.
• Develop and improve ETL pipelines, tracking validation, and analytics systems using Claude, Cursor, and ChatGPT.
• Create AI-assisted dashboards, funnels, monitoring systems, and reporting workflows.
• Analyze player behavior data to support product, balancing, and monetization decisions.
• Develop AI-powered personalization and offer systems.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Data Science, AI/ML, Mathematics, Analytics, Game Technology, or a related field.
• Strong enthusiasm for AI-native workflows, automation, and emerging AI technologies.
• Passion for gaming and interest in understanding player behavior and game systems.
• Comfortable working with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, and ChatGPT.
• Analytical mindset with structured thinking and a curiosity for solving complex problems.
• Basic understanding of data analytics, scripting, or technical workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with gameplay analytics, tracking systems, or ETL pipelines.
• Experience building AI workflows, automations, agents, or personal AI projects.
• Exposure to Python, SQL, or scripting.
