What you will do

• Execute the full UI/UX design process for websites, web applications, portals, and mobile-responsive platforms.
• Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Develop and maintain consistent design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to translate business goals and functional requirements into design solutions.
• Prepare developer-friendly handoffs using Figma and ensure accurate implementation of approved designs.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the improvement of internal design processes and best practices.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of progressive UI/UX design experience.
• Proven track record of leading design initiatives across multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience collaborating directly with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
• Portfolio demonstrating product thinking, strategic leadership, and measurable impact.
• Experience in government, enterprise, or large-scale organizational settings is highly preferred.
