What you will do

• Set the product direction and roadmap for backend trading systems.
• Improve core systems including matching engines, risk engines, and pricing models for derivatives (Futures, Margin, Options, Event Contracts).
• Collaborate with trading engineering teams to translate complex trading needs into technical solutions.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from planning and release to feature launch.
• Monitor backend performance and resolve issues to prevent user impact.
• Ensure systems comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of financial products such as Margin, Futures, Perpetual swaps, and Options.
• Technical or quantitative background (e.g., Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Math).
• Ability to understand trading logics and risk methods to create product requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred for coordination with global stakeholders.
• Must be based in Asia.
