What you will do

• Design and implement workflows and automations to support internal and external sales operations.
• Build and optimize landing pages for lead magnets, generation campaigns, and calendar booking funnels.
• Leverage AI-agnostic tools to streamline processes and increase operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain marketing copy and digital assets via a human-in-the-loop review process.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities that drive revenue.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in full stack development focused on marketing technology and automation.
• Proven ability to build high-converting landing pages and lead generation funnels.
• Ability to evaluate and adopt the most appropriate AI tools for specific tasks.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Central Time.
• Strong written communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple projects.
