EUV Measurement Technician (Semiconductors)

What you will do

• Prepare, evaluate, and save measurement data according to manufacturing specifications.
• Operate and set up tactile and optical coordinate measuring machines.
• Conduct in-process measurements, including RGA, fracture and leak tests, and microscopy.
• Document production results and generate comprehensive quality reports.
• Perform incoming, outgoing, and visual goods inspections.
• Maintain and service measuring devices and machines according to cleaning and maintenance schedules.

Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training or apprenticeship.
• Professional experience in optical and tactile measurement technology/metrology.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and in shift operations.
• Excellent fine motor skills and very good eyesight.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP.
