TL;DR
Senior Unity Developer (Gamedev): Developing and evolving core gameplay systems for the multiplayer survival shooter Oxide: Survival Island with an accent on performance optimization and mobile rendering. Focus on building robust multiplayer features, implementing URP-based visual effects, and managing dynamic content via Addressables.
Location: Hybrid in Limassol, Cyprus or Remote. Relocation support to Cyprus is provided.

What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain core gameplay systems using Unity and C#.
- Optimize rendering and visual effects in URP for high performance on mobile devices.
- Implement and manage Unity Addressables for scalable UI and content.
- Develop and support multiplayer features and systems.
- Profile and optimize CPU/GPU usage, memory, and frame stability.
- Collaborate with designers and artists to deliver LiveOps and seasonal updates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Unity development, preferably in mobile games.
- Deep understanding of URP and Unity rendering workflows.
- Strong C# skills and experience with performance optimization.
- Experience implementing game mechanics and UI systems.
- Russian language proficiency at C1 level or higher is required.
Nice to have
- Shader experience (Shader Graph or HLSL).
- Familiarity with Unity Addressables and runtime asset loading.
- Experience with synchronous multiplayer systems.
- Understanding of monetization flows and in-game economy.
- Background in LiveOps or seasonal content environments.
