What you will do

• Perform qualification and commissioning of automated test stations across the production line.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and integration issues to ensure station reliability.
• Collaborate with Test Bench Engineers to identify failure modes and implement lasting technical fixes.
• Optimize test cycle times and overall line efficiency.
• Develop documentation, procedures, and best practices for on-site operations.
• Coordinate and train a small team of on-site maintenance technicians as the facility scales.

Requirements

• MSc in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical roles involving automated systems or manufacturing environments.
• Solid Python programming skills for reading, modifying, and debugging existing codebases.
• Hands-on experience with embedded systems, instrumentation, or electromechanical test setups.
• Ability to perform hardware interventions, including wiring and electrical troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Git and structured software development practices.
